The individual will need to work well with others, have excellent communication skills, and be able to provide training for both customers and technicians across our portfolio of equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deal with all aspects of machine software, commissioning service support, and technical documentation from an electrical and software perspective.
- Look for continuous improvement opportunities in all aspects and processes of business
- Be the first point of contact for providing technical support to the ABG Service department.
- Provide direct technical support to onsite service engineers and customers
- Travel to customer sites to provide service support and carry out retrofit installations
- Travel to other ABG sites, customers and supplier facilities when required
- Carry out any necessary drawing or wiring modifications when required
- Produce technical documentation for machine operation as needed
- Produce, modify and maintain software programs
- Create test procedures for service technicians
- Comply with and develop quality and safety improvements
- Analyze and interpret data
Qualifications
- University/College degree and/or work experience with:
- Converting and printing industry
- Electrical design
- Motion Control
- Valid, clean FULL driving license
- Valid passport
