Service Engineer
We are looking for a motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude who can provide Engineering Services to AB Graphic International Customers. The individual must have excellent communication skills, have a positive work ethic/professional attitude and be willing to travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Adopt 5s and Lean Philosophy
- Install new machinery and provide on-site training for Customer operators
- Repair and test machinery
- Install modifications and retrofit
- Conduct onsite routine service and maintenance
- Assist in-house job preparation
- Complete action flow and job sheets for final Customer sign off
- Update and submit personal administration regarding time sheets and expenses
- Check call logging database
- Log parts movements with parts department
- Record mileage and vehicle condition
- Active personal development regarding product and customer knowledge
- Run machines for Customer demonstrations and factory acceptance tests
Key Skills
- Web handling and Print Finishing experience
- Mechanical and/or electrical aptitudes
- Ability to read electrical schematic and mechanical drawings
- Analytical approach to problem solving
